Waking up to a nice hot cup of coffee is just delightful. It is a wonderful way to start the day.
How do you drink your coffee?
Mine is usually with a little coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk.

This seems to be the craze in the paleo world. I do not care for the oils in my coffee so much; however, I do occasionally dabble in it as they say it is a great source of healthy fats for your body.

Benefits of Coconut oil in your coffee;

 As strange as this might sounds, melting a teaspoon or so of coconut oil in a hot beverage is an easy way to get extra healthy fats in your diet. It does take a little getting used to, and is certainly not for everyone.   Coconut oil  also has antioxidant properties and it helps in the absorption of other minerals.

Benefits of butter in your coffee;
