My back is not doing so well after my attempt at the gym this morning.
I am so very upset! I am hoping that in the moring it will be better. Note to self…Do not get out of bed and go to the gym to workout without stretching good before and after!!!!!
I made myself a light dinner tonight as its too painful to stand in kitchen.

Grilled chicken from last nights dinner, sliced avocado, tomato and coleslaw mix with homemade mayonnaise.

Mayo recipe
2 Eggs
1 Tbl Organic mustard (Whole Foods 365)
1 1/2 Tbl vinegar
1 3/4 C olive oil
1 tsp Garlic & Herb seasoning

Cole Slaw
Paleo Mayonaise
2tsp Apple cider vinegar
1tsp Honey
Poppy seeds
