What I love about eating clean;
All you need is some veggies and some protein to make your meal. I haven’t gone grocery shopping yet so I didn’t quite know what to throw together for lunch tomorrow. For those of us who are eating a Paleo lifestyle, we all know we must be prepared for our meals or we go hungry.

I had hamburger in my freezer, I pulled it out and defrosted it real quick. Then fried it up with some peppers and onions, added a little garlic and onion spice and some salt and pepper. And there you have it lunch!!! Easy peasy!
