Holy Moly this was the most delicious moist pulled pork. I am so excited and It was first time I ever made any pulled pork recipe.


4 lb Boneless Pork Butt

1/4 cup Madhava organic coconut sugar
1 1/2 Tbl. Cumin
1 1/2 Tbl. Chili powder
1 1/2 Tbl. Cayenne
1 1/2 Tbl. Onion powder
1 1/2 Tbl. Garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbl. Smoked paprika
1 Tbl. Pepper
1 Tbl. Salt

Mix rub together. Rub half of rub well on to Pork. Let sit 20 min and rub remaining rub on to pork.


1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup organic beef broth
1/4 cup coconut Aminos
1/4- 1/2 cup honey ( I actually only had 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup Madhava organic coconut sugar
Mix sauce ingredients well

Place pork in crockpot

Pour sauce over pork, cover then put on low approx 9 hours, shred pork with two forks.

The boneless pork butt works best. It literally falls apart when done.

This recipe is almost to delicious to be considered a healthy choice.
