Ok, here is the banana bread recipe I promised. It was all gone by the next day, and guess who ate almost all of it? You guessed it. Yours truly! It doesn’t even taste Paleo, at all. It just tastes like, well, banana bread. Except better, for obvious reasons.



  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup very ripe mashed  banana   (2-3 medium bananas)
  • ½ cup butter melted + extra butter unmelted for greasing (can use coconut oil, but will have better taste results with butter.)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (such as the Enjoy Life brand)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (as always you can just use all honey if you wish.)
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
