It has been a busy weekend!

I have just managed to stop eating long enough to post this recipe, it is DELISH.

Ingredients:

½ cup coconut flour

½ cup almond flour

1 cup mashed banana

¼ cup cacao nibs

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¾ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon liquid stevia or 1/4 cup of honey

1/2 cup of melted butter or sub with coconut oil

4 eggs

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Method:
Step one: Preheat the oven to 180 and grease your loaf tin.
Step two: In a medium sized bowl combine the coconut flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, cacao nibs, and pinch of salt and mix with a fork to reduce any clumps until thoroughly combined.
