1½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon almond extract
2 tablespoons Ghee
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds

In a food processor combine almond flour and salt
Pulse in baking soda
Pulse in shortening and honey and almond extract until dough forms

Scoop batter 1 tablespoon at a time, I formed into a crescent shape or shape as a regular cookie.
Roll both sides into almonds
Place onto a greased baking sheet

Bake at 350° for 7 minutes until golden brown
Let cool on the baking sheets
