Almost all colours have major benefits to the body concerning vegetables; in terms of detoxing the body and digestive system the green and reds do this effectively. Assisting the digestive system via choice of foods is a powerful action we can all take in maintaining a healthy metabolism, burn through fat, and keep the body doing what it does ever so effectively so our minds can operate as we need.
