What Would John Mack Eat?

The other night I made some coconut shrimp. One of the easiest things to make and prep. Buy and peel and de-vein shrimp, soak in beaten eggs with salt, pepper and cayenne. Dredge in equal parts coconut flour and coconut flakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides in coconut oil. Done! Dipping sauce consisted of equal parts honey and sriracha hot sauce!
