Pulled Pork Recipe
5 Lbs Boneless Pork Butt

1 tsp Chipotle powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Salt and Pepper
*Spice Blend from 21DSD cookbook


1 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 cup Tessemea BBQ sauce
1/8 cup Coconut Aminos

Mix spices together well, then rub spices evenly all over front and back of roast, place in crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients well then pour over pork.

Turn crockpot on low cook for 8-10 hours then shred pork with two forks.
(Tonight my pork was somewhat tough I honk there was to much fat, I had to put in food processor. Still came out really good though.)

I Cooked a sweet-potato, placed some homemade coleslaw on top then topped off with the pulled pork. It was delicious.
