Flank steak has become my favorite piece of meat! It is so tender and juicy every time.

Flank Steak

4 lbs Flank Steak
2 Tbl Kerrygold
1 Tbl Coconut Oil
2 Tbl crushed Garlic
Salt & Cracked Pepper

I melted butter and oil mixed in garlic then rubbed on both sides of steak. Salt & Pepper both sides. I let it sit in container in fridge all day.
Broiled approx 8 min each side.

Roasted Carrots and Parsnips

1 bag carotts
1 bag parsnips
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbl coconut oil melted

Wash, peal and cut both veggies sprinkle spices and oil then mix well

Roast veggies for 40 min @ 375

Spinach

1 Bag Fresh Spinach
2 Tbl Kerrygold butter
1 Tbl crushed garlic
1 slice of Lemon

Melt butter and sauté garlic, add spinach and cook down. Squeeze lemon on spinach and mix well. Continue to cook until spinach is cooked.
