Woohoo it finally happened my bone broth finally gelled!!!! I think I owe the successful broth to the chicken feet!

Chicken Bone Broth

1 package chicken feet
2 4 lb chicken carcasses
1 whole sweet onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 Tbl Thyme
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Evenly Salt and pepper chicken feet, and sprinkle onion and garlic powder evenly as well. Roast chicken feet in 375 oven for 20 minutes.

Place all ingredients in a cheese cloth, put this into crock pot and then pour enough water in the crock pot to cover your filled cheese cloth.

Cook on low for 24 hours
Pull ingredients out, add any additional spices shown above to add additional flavor if needed. This all depends on your taste.
Let cool in Tupperware before placing in the refrigerator.
In a few hours hopefully your broth will gel to perfection.
Enjoy a cup of broth, use in your favorite recipes and freeze some individual servings for future enjoyment.
