Thursdays are typically my night to have dinner with my bestie. She always cooks me a delicious meal. This was tonight’s dinner. Although the wine wasn’t Whole 30 it certainly was delicious and not enough to really hurt. ūüėČ

1/2 pound Bacon
1 1/2 pound Chicken
6 oz thawed pre cooked shrimp
3 cloves garlic
Diced sweet peppers
Salt & peppers
1 tsp onion and garlic powder each
1/4 cup white wine
1 Tbl Kerrygold butter

Sauté bacon until crispy
Put aside
Sauté garlic in bacon grease until aroma starts to fill kitchen. Do not burn make sure to cook slow and cook on low heat.
Add chicken in and add butter cooked and no longer pink
Add peppers, wine, spices and bacon
Add shrimp and cover, cook for 5 min on medium heat.
