Getting well hydrated is the fastest route to more energy, less hunger, a stronger body and better skin.
This seems so simple doesn’t it? However, it’s said that nearly half the adults do not consume nearly enough water.

The easiest way to check if your drinking enough water is to check your urine color. If it is clear or pale yellow your well watered. If it is darker in color than you need to drink up!!! This can consist of Seltzer water, coconut water tea and coffee. Water rich produce is good too, eat grapes, apples, celery, watermelon and lettuce.
