4 Boneless Pork Chops
2 Tbl Kerrygold butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Onion Powder
1tsp Minced garlic
2 Tbl Coconut Amino
1/8 Cup Bone Broth
1/2 Cup Sweet onion
1 Cup Mushroom

šŸ”¹Melt butter in pan

šŸ”¹Season both sides of chops evenly with salt pepper, onion powder, thyme and garlic.

šŸ”¹Place in pan on medium heat sear both sides 2 minute each.

šŸ”¹Turn heat to medium low and cover 30 minutes depending on thickness.

šŸ”¹Remove from pan and set aside.

šŸ”¹Pour coconut aminos and broth Into pan, then put your mushrooms and onion in as well.

šŸ”¹SautĆ© until cooked to a translucent color for your onions and mushrooms are tender

šŸ”¹Place chops back into pan cook an additional 10 minutes until chops are no longer pink inside.

Serve with roasted veggies.
