What do you use Apple Cider Vinegar for?

Apple cider vinegar became popular in the 1950′s.
There is medical research backing many of its claims. Did you know that Bananas aren’t the only thing rich in potassium, so isn’t apple cider vinegar.

I like to put 2 teaspoons in my water every morning. And sometimes I even add some honey.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used to aide in;
