Happy Saturday!!!

Started our day off with a very tasty smoothie with breakfast. We got our serving of fruit, vitamins and Omega-3 fatty acid. What a great way to start the day.

Ingredients (makes approx 4 servings)

3 -4 Organic Jewel dates rolled in unsweetened coconut
1 Tbl Almond Butter
1 Cup frozen Blueberries.
1 Cup frozen strawberries
1 large Banana
4 cups almond milk
2 tsp Flax seed
2 tsp Chia seed
