Okay that is a long title, but I didn’t know how else to word it :/

I had this crazy idea just yesterday that I wanted to start my own Whole30 support group on Facebook. I have been contemplating doing another Whole30 (a real one this time) because honestly my eating hasn’t been the best, snack wise. Than I thought of maybe others would be interested in doing it too! I know it is always easier to stick to something when you have the support and accountability from others.

One Mother of a Day Whole30 May 2014The Rules: Follow the guidelines to a Whole30 program. Eat only real, whole unprocessed foods for 30 days. Yes, 30 days all at once!
