Today was a pretty good day all in all food wise. All my prep work yesterday paid off.

Breakfast: 1 Egg Muffin, sweet potato hash and 1 piece of bacon.

Snack: 1/2 cup assorted berries

Lunch: 2 chicken drum sticks and roasted veggies

Snack 1/4 c almonds

Dinner: grilled steak, Green beans, and sliced avocado

Snack: yes another snack.

3 strawberries , a couple blueberries, 1 small banana, unsweetened coconut chips and 1/4 c coconut milk
