Today I was starving! I obviously didn’t pack enough food. My breakfast was on the lighter side because I wasn’t sure if I could even eat it. My belly was still sensitive this morning.

Breakfast: 1 muffin quiche, 1/2 small sweet potato, 1/2 avocado

Lunch: a piece of Crispy Thyme Chicken, broccoli slaw and a small salad

Dinner: broiled steak, with sauté mushrooms and garlic, asparagus, and 1/2 sweet potato

Snack: fresh fruit salad
