Wow these make my mouth water just smelling them. I prepared these tasty patties last night for my lunch today. I have been trying to switch up my meals for some variety.

Ingredients

2lbs Ground Chicken
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tbl garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 Tbl oregano
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 Tbl smoked Paprika (my favorite spice ever)
1/4 cup diced vidalia onion
1/2 cup diced apple (1med)
1/4 Tessemea hot sauce

Mix all ingredients well above. make into patties. I was able to get 5 good size patties.

1/4 cup bacon grease or coconut oil

Melt oil or grease in a skillet med/ hot heat. Place patties in skillet and cook 10 each side until cooked through.

I serve this over my homemade coleslaw .
