We are all only human. We are not perfect by any means.  If your like me you have great days eating healthy and then you have some bad instances of eating unhealthy.  We all get that hankering for something,  it may be potato chips, cookies, ice cream, chocolate or fried food. It’s ok. Just remember the difference between a “set back” and “failure”.  Get over it and move forward.
