3 Large Sweet Potato’s (I used 1 Japanese Red sweet and 2 regular sweets)
1 small Vidalia Onion
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/2 pound of Nitrate Free Bacon
1 Tbl Simply organic Garlic N Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Himalayan Salt
t tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. of coconut oil

Wash and cube your potato’s and set aside
Dice your onion, apple and bacon
Sauté the bacon until almost done, then add the onion cook until translucent
next add your apple
When apple is almost cooked add your potato and spices, add coconut oil helping to keep all from sticking to the pan.
Mix well cook medium heat stirring occasionally making sure it doesn’t stick to pan cover and cook for 30 minutes until potato’s are tender.

DELICIOUS! We had this for breakfast this morning with fried eggs and a side of fruit.
