Paleo Sandwich Bread

Cranberry Walnut Sandwich Bread.  Baconista defnitely has my mouth watering with this one   I can’t wait to try it   I have yet to attempt breads.  It would be nice to have a good recipe  I also want to try Paleo Bread:

There is nothing like New England’s first snow fall!!!! The sight of new fallen pure white snow just puts a smile on my face every time. And then…there is the reminder of the shoveling. Haha well this morning it took me 2 hours to shovel our driveway and clean the cars. Only this year I was smart, I stretched before during and after and also took Motrin. I’m praying I won’t be hurting later.

Growing up in New England I never get tired of watching the seasons change. The beautiful colors that evolve from season to season is just spectacular.

From the whitest of white when the snow first falls. The way it just sits on the tree branches and weighs them down…just beautiful.

The gorgeous flowers blooming and all the magnificent colors as each one blooms. The many different colors of the many birds singing. The green leaves returning to the trees.

The greenest of green grass, and more flowers blooming. The shimmer of the ocean as the sun glistens off it.

AHH my favorite season of all. The many different colors the leaves start turning. The gorgeous fall sunsets, of orange and red and of course the crisp clean air.

At Home Boot Camp

Squat Thrust

Stand with feet together. Squat down and place your hands on the floor next to your feet.  In an explosive movement, jump feet backwards into a push-up position, jump feet back between hands and stand up.  Six Reps

Slow Pushups


Perform four pushups.  On the fifth pushup, lower halfway down and hold for four counts.  Push back up and repeat the series five more times.

Walking Lunge


Start at one end of the room and step forward with right leg about three or so feet.  Bend both knees to 90-degrees angles, lower body into a lunge (keep front knee behind the toe).  Bring the left foot forward and step into a lunch.  Alternate Legs, for eight reps.

Jumping Jacks

Do 20 Jumping jacks, march in place for eight counts, then do 20 more.

Side lunge with Windmill Arms


Stand with legs wide, arms straight out to the sides and parallel to the floor.  Bend the right knee into a side lunge and bring the left arm down towards the foot.  Repeat on the other side, lunging from side to side and bringing opposite arm towards foot 16 Reps.

Chest Squeeze


Hold any type of ball in front of chest with both hands.  Press into the ball and hold fore eight counts.  Then keeping the pressure on the ball, slowly straighten elbows a little and take the ball out and in eight times.  Hold steady for eight more counts.
